Fix image paths in GitHub markdown docs (#4905)

Browse Source 
Update image links in `.github/CONTRIBUTING.md` and `.github/READMEITALIAN.md` from `../docs/...` to `/docs/...` so screenshots resolve correctly when viewed from the `.github` directory context on GitHub.
