version bump to 1.2.23.1114

- smart shuffle is enabled by default for everyone, since smart shuffle and enhance playlist & liked songs in the latest versions conflict a little (smartShuffle parameter has been replaced by EnhanceSongs for those who prefer to use enhance playlist & liked songs) #509
- grid with 8 shortcuts in main page
- queue and track history in the right sidebar are temporarily disabled
