a9731ae08c Added language param, and other related edits. 
- Added a language parameter.
  - Added a function to normalize language codes.
  - Renamed and removed duplicate code from the 'Set-ScriptLanguageStrings' function.
  - Added an if statement to handle setting the 'ru' variable.
